German Shepherd Life Span — 2 Comments

  1. I was wondering about the German Shepherd life span since I am thinking of getting one. My daughter really (and I mean really) wants a dog and I thought I better get one that can protect her and us as a family. I need to do a little bit more research before I make my decision. It’s between this or a boxer. I like them both but the boxer has less hair so they won’t be as many hair problems in the house. The German Shepherd seems to be easier to train. Decisions, decisions…

  2. Boxers certainly do have shorter hair so don’t need so much grooming, but don’t forget the slobber! Friends of mine have a boxer and it has to wear a bib, nice dogs but very sloppy.
